We’re so excited to send your AGV pieces your way!

Processing Time
All AGV pieces are handmade and may require 1–3 weeks for production before shipping. If an item is ready to ship sooner, we’ll get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary once your package is in the carrier’s hands.

Returns
If you choose to return an eligible item, a flat $12 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original and return shipping costs. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details.
